Yikes that sounds like a pretty strong reaction! Good thing you found out what was causing it. It seems some of us absorb calcium very easily. My lowest calcium level was 28. My highest was 66, and my last test was 34. So I'm not too low either, but it seems a little bit of calcium goes a long way with me. I may try to incorporate it back, just at a couple doses a week.
