Yoe- Maybe the kefirlady.com could send you some grains and you could make it yourself.

You might be able to buy a homemade kefir if they have a local market. I know they sold it in countries like Costa Rica and Mexico. I just never knew what it was at the time. Ask around and maybe the locals can help you out.
