? Like all natural remedies, less is more. Natural cures help your bodies defenses to fight off the disease, virus, boosting the immune system. You want to boost the system so it starts working harder, not just do all the work without the system's cooperation. Using 6 different things at once doesn't really tell you anything. What worked? Consistency is also most important for results. Keep the the faith and don't very from the routine you set for yourself. With 6 different ingredients how will you know what worked. I don't even agree with your Dr having you filing it. That's just injuring a symptom and making more work for your body to repair. Modern medicine deals with symptoms, not necessarily the cure.
