Thanks! gives me some ideas.... Lately my bladder feels like a war zone... I have recently cut back on taking co factors, anti-para supplements, now into small amounts of Raw org grass fed dairy. Got some milk, goat milk, goat yogurt, cow kefir.. and eggs, good stuff so far! Still got the IMAN going, back down to 450mg iodine..

Cut back on the Work, but now it Sat night! I'm going to sand me Southern yellow pine stairs (1/2 side) then try to get a coat of urethane on before White castle closes! (2am) (Partial/Sarcsm on)!!!

Got a new true rife scan and script, got REAL NAUSEA after last night, Ok by this morning.. White head like sore raised this morning, frontal right lobe, put some ozonated OO on..That Golden milk post is on my mind now ... maybe tonight! my curcumin is a few years old(yikes) should probably toss it and wait till tomorrow... or get out the microscope first before proceeding... I'll improvise... won't be same effect, but some cardamoms split open will be good Tweet
