What do you do in my case ? (quick question)

hey parasite ppl !
I'm on the final DAY 18 of the Clark protocol (cloves, Wormwood ...) and the other day I saw smt in my stool finally.

I've also had aches around my stomach the past few days, gas (with horrible smell !!), (even more) trouble falling asleep, more sleep needed...etc

I don't know whether it was parasites, but it was about 2-3 inches, outside of the stool (not onto it), and def. not a part of the stool, def. something *with* it. Long, but hard to tell its texture or anything really...took pics, but very unclear.

Anyways: the protocol dictates I should go on a weekly maintenance program now, but I'm pretty sure I'm onto smt here.
What should I do ?! Order more of that stuff (still have a bit left...a lot of that tincture), order some other brand now, I have no clue, how do I maintain the parasite killing at max for the next few days so I can observe my stool and make sure I have parasites or not ?
