The prazi is causing me alot of die off right now... its my second round at therapeautic dosage... so we'll see how we go. After this round, I'll wait a while and repeat if some more come out... but I won't do it longer than 6 days at a time.

Yeah, colonic irrigation is fabulous for constipation and cleaning you out... however wait until you have finished the meds to do this.. you don't want to flush the meds out too!

The worms have been in my legs a long time... and I don't notice migration.. they tend to stay in one spot and wiggle at times to remind me they are there........

Its only extreme aggressive worming which caused serious migration/scattering issues for me, i.e, moving out of one area to another, namely into my head.... and its the flukes for me which move around quite a lot when they are outside the guts.. they are the worst... and I think its fairly uncommon to have something like this occur because I wormed myself for a good 4 years with all sorts of protocols before I had fluke migration - or any in the toilet for that matter... they did not like vinegar in the enema... hence will not do that again! Ascaris on the other hand wander about all on their own..... the worst experience for me is when quite a large one decided to exit my anus and move into my bladder over night.... I was able to pass it though - using herbs and mebendazole at the time... or maybe it just didn't like bladder.. who knows... was revolting to see it in the toilet.. that's the first time I saw a large intact ascaris.. I'll never forget it!
