Re: Fourth Test Nutritional Balancing - One year Update
Hi Onwards and all,
I am new to this forum. I was in four lows since dec 2011, just started taking the proper NB protocol September of last year after having to go on disability from work due to all of the stress. Like you, I also had the NA/K ratio of 2/1 as of september 2012 and it is still 2/1... I am now dealing with raising this at the moment by taking Limcomin and Megapan. I was wondering what you took to raise your NA/K ratio?
I recently just switched to working with Dr. Wilson and his associates and just completed a retest where I am now finally out of the four lows and into a 3 lows, my CAL/MAG now 70/5 versus 33/3, I am almost in the two lows if the MAG was at a 6 versus 5. I have been feeling better over the course of this program the last 8 months, but so long to have my health back in full like you and am still struggling with the fatigue and heart palps, anxiety, braig fog in the morning sometimes etc. It has been a whirlwind of different symptoms as I am sure you are all aware.
I was interested in your post on the
parasites and also about the retreat you attended in Mexico. What was the name if you don't mind sharing? I just completed a stool test for
parasites and nothing came back, but in June 2011 I was vacationing in costa rica and picked up an infection which was treated with
Antibiotics and ever since then (dec 2011) just a few months later I was diagnosed with 4 lows adrenal exhaustion. I just confirmed that I don't have any
parasites based on the tests, but now reading your posts, I am now wondering if there is something in me and want to thank you for your posts... I hope to try the

protocol that you had mentioned in your posts after incorporating these new supplements (limcomin and megapan). The thing is I never have diahrea, stomach bloating, nausea or any issues with my digestive system and my stools are always great and I pass 2-3 times per day, so I always thought my digestive tract was pretty great. I too have been sticking with the paleo diet the past few months and finding this to help my hypoglycemia, although it is not where you are yet along with my hypothyroid hasn't changed.
I was also wondering what supplements you were taking during this past year? I was on during the past 8 months 5 paramin, 1-2 taurine, 2 gb3 and some herbal supplements and that was about it. I was asked to recently incorporate Zinc and I did so for a week and it made me feel absolutely horrible and took me a full week to recover (found out later it was lowering my sodium which was already too low). I then just linked up to Dr. Wilson and they have switched by protocol as I am in the 3 lows pattern now to taking 3 paramin, 2 gb3, 1-2 taurine, 3 limcomin, 3 megapan (starting soon) and eventually adding thryocomplex. Was this similar to yours and if so, did you have any difficulties during the first 6 months of your detox? Like you have mentioned in previous posts you are thin frames as am I, so I was wondering if you found that you needed less supplements or were senstivie, as I have found to be the case for me. Also, did you have issues with panic attacks and anxiety? this is gradually getting better but I wish it was gone by now and some of the worst feelings.
I am so glad I found this group! I have been doing this alone this whole time and as I am sure you all know, it is hard for people to relate other than those that live with you who understand to the most they can.
Thank you all so much!!! M
