Onedaysoon- Cat's claw is a wonderful herb but I wouldn't depend on it only as an effective anti parasitic treatment. For the first 6 months I took 2 large 00 caps per meal. Since this cap size holds about 800 mg that was a daily dose of 4800. Quite a high dose. I think ARL suggested 2 x 500 per meal as they sell the 500mg size and I was capping my own.
At the 6 month mark I added many other anti-parasitic herbs because I knew the Cat's claw alone was not removing the parasites. I added in all kinds like homemade Black-Walnut tincture, Wormwood , raw garlic, cloves, olive leaf extract. These helped for sure but I still was having intestinal issues.
In the end I was not able to get rid of the intestinal sibo until I took about 21 days of anti parasitic meds. Then the relief was immediate and my energy just soared.
