I have been doing 1 a day and seem to get no response from it other than weird anxiety for a short while.

Weird you say it's due to Adrenal because I heard eating cheese before bed causes nightmares...

Due to some Adrenal thing..


I eat a lot of cheese so maybe that's the cause.

Could always eat the vegan Cheeze :X
