c o f f e e e n e m a - real hard to pee can someone actually help me ? i can pay with karmic credits- lol !

i actually feel pretty good-good energy but..my big but is
real hard to pee after coffee enema-i have hep c and take immune suppressant drugs for ruem arthritis. i take a water enema every day because i can't go on my own-at all. it just stopped 8 months ago. had a colonoscopy--said all is ok. not!! i've seen parasites after dump--clear with brown spine 5 in long . try to pick it up and it breaks up as if it was mucus. i have every supplement . every time i try to do a colon cleanse, the same thing happens, real hard to pee & i have to stop. tried h202 25 drops for 3 months-had to stop did Oxypowder -stopped on day 4 pain in back & right & left outer thy & could not pee. did psyllium-stopped day 4 due to huge bloat, did acv stopped 7 days could not pee. i stopped all sugar, carbs processed foods ect- eggs for break fish at night & sip lemon water all day.
if i do not take an enema every day i break out on face (lymph nodes on jaw line)arms legs back of neck with blisters & they break easily bleed a little & don't heal. i think i'm dying of liver failure, but i feel pretty good-i'm just sick & suffering. crazy i know- i am lol
any one know why this happens, is it ammonia, ethanol, unprocessed die off ? after a 2 day break all is well. not all but i'm sure i have a huge overgrowth of candida/parasites, i just can't kill long enough do get in front of it & liver is not putting the bile out or ?--the balance that we all had once upon a time. i think i found out about all this stuff too late- i just don't know what to try next or what to do. hope is fading.
