One supplement that may help this is tryptophan, it is an amino acid that tells the intestines to pass food on down. Also, magnesium is important. This is one reason why Epsom Salts work as a laxative. Do not use Epsom Salts frequently though.
For your liver and immunity, take NAC ( n-acetyl-cystein ), ALA ( alpha lipoic acid ), and milk thistle if you are not already taking.
Personally, I would also use a good zapper several times daily with the positive right over the liver area.
