Dr. Clark's 3-product protocol, quick question from AF sufferer

Just wondering if the 3-item kit from that link is good enough.
* Like, is the 'Super W Blend Capsules 365mg' good for the Wormwood , as it contains: Wormwood , Quassia, Male Fern, gelatin ?
Or do I really need plain Wormwood ? Less efficient ?

My source should contain 200-300 mg of wormwood. And I can't order from 'drclarkia' they won't ship to Qatar.

* As for the Arginine, where does that come in ?

I'm only looking for a one-month test, to see if I have any parasites as I'm clueless right now, though many symptoms I have in common. I'm afraid to order not enough material, but don't want to overpay either, would be a shame.
