That's what happened to me. Went drinking one fateful night 23 years ago, while on synthroid, and still have not recovered. I was also on
Antibiotics a few years previously so I'm sure these were contributing factors. It definitely was the beer that did me in. I remember drinking liquor that night with no ill effects, but as soon as those beers hit me I was done.
I don't have an alcohol problem and gave it up straightaway after that night, but since then I tried it a few times. Guinness seems to kill off
parasites and gives the same die-off reactions as cayenne and very strong herbs. Also makes my face and chest turn bright red just like a niacin flush.
I was going to ask if Dr. Bakker wanted to take a crack at my case. It seems easy at first but no one has been able get me off the scrapheap. Well I sort of got off it myself but just barely and I'm not making any progress at all for some years now.
