Yes, one thing that is strange with adrenal fatigue, is that things seem to work for a shorter time; weeks in my case; then STOPS working.

It drove me almost mad at some point, as I was sure to have found the cause, the cure, then had to start all over again as the supplement I took stopped working. All I can recommend is keep searching, trying, testing.

Gold leafs was a big leap for me; it restart the glands IMO,but also involve a detox.
- sulfur was another hit that have made a big difference.
I dont have insomnia anymore, or in such a low grade that it is to live with, easily. 20 years or so with insomnia, gone.

When it comes to licorice and high BP; not in my case, my BP is low, too low sometimes. I can also take a load of salt; a big load. Without getting higher BP.
But I mix the licorice with other herbs, and take a spoonful or two a day. T
