Thanks Ginagirl. I take 1 dose, 800mg of magnesium glyciate at night. It used to work for my insomnia, but has since stopped. If worked fairly well for insomnia before I started Iodine supplementation. Maybe I am not absorbing it properly. I have tried several different forms and this one (glycerinate) seemed to work the best before I started taking iodine.
I added a tri-bororn supplement to the mix several months ago. I take ~12mg/day.
I take all other co-supps as per the Brownstein protocol.
I think I will resume the licorice root. That really seemed to help a lot. I was under the impression that it could not be taken for extended periods because it can cause high blood pressure. Maybe that is misinformation.
