Re: Gupta Amygdala Training

I think of it in terms of survival. Our minds and bodies are equipped for survival as the primary goal. How we react to stress and trauma, our anxiety. It's based not only on staying alive in the moment but in the future as well (triggers, anxiety).

What happens when we have too much of this stored up that we are basically overflowing? How do we process past stress and trauma? How do we clean the slate and reset our nervous system?

Let me finish up my own case before I go into more detail. It's unrealistic of me to think I can help everyone else recover until I do it myself. I was naive to that when I first started posting here.
