I agree with a lot of what he says, just a few things I don't. It will help you learn mindfulness if that's what you're looking for. On the other side, it trains you to disconnect from your body. That is the opposite of what you want to do. When you combine not feeling your body and lowering stress, you don't feel the symptoms as much. This shouldn't be mistaken as healing though. Focus on the mindfulness and meditation aspects of it is what I'd recommend.
