Thanks for the help! I'm visiting a naturopath, and I've been supplementing on a variety of things from antifungals to adrenal/pituitary support to liver cleanses. As the diet goes, I'm assuming it perhaps has something to do with the excessive intake of carbs, among other things. Is there no way to bulk and at the same time maintain a strict candida diet?
