I hear you. I have been looking at adrenal fatigue and all its subsequent other issues for 15 years now.

And I have to say, I do love NB despite nearly landing in the hospital 2x this month alone! :)

But I know it's up to me to follow what I think is right for my own body.

You are your own healer.

You can bring in guides, ask for support, share other people's wisdom and experience, but in the end only you can heal you.

And I think your coming from an empowered place will really help your healing as well.
