Hi Faith- Sorry to hear of this. I have to echo what SB1108 said. I definately got worse before I got better. But I understand if this does not feel right for you.

You could try asking the lab if they would transfer your credit to another client using NB. When the other client orders they could give you your refund. Tell them you are part of an internet community doing NB. This way you would get most of your money back. I should be ordering soon.
