Often it is due to a dehydrated colon, often due to a parasite issue..... or nutritional deficiency causing the normal peristalsis movement to paralyse.
First get your bowels moving with a few enemas.. this will really help to rehydrate your colon and get things moving. Get an enema bucket online.. and off you go, doing these are very simple and very effective to get things moving.
Then do a parasite cleanse. If you haven't already. Most people carry worms in their colon causing impaction and dehydration.
Increase your potassium which increases peristalsis. If you can't do this effectively with food intake, take a supplement.. Often a defiency will cause a slowing down of the colon.
