Holy Basil - miraculous stuff
I'm a huge fan of Holy Basil (Tulsi). It's an adaptagen meaning very basically that its function adapts to what the body needs to bring it back into balance.
You're right that it works fantastically for resperatory infections which I found out by accident. One of my employees had a bad case of bronchitis and needed to go home, but we needed her so much that day I tried just giving her some hot tea to see if it helped at all.
She came back to my office a couple hours later begging to know what the tea was i gave her. She said it was amazing how fast she recovered - I looked on the label and it was tulsi tea. Checked the internet and found out its very powerful for chest infections etc. I've since given it to other instructors when they're sick with equally as impressive results.
Now when I get bronchitis (which I tend to do a couple times a year), instead of getting powerful
Antibiotics , I drink lots of Tulsi tea ( pures leaves not tea bags). I also put holy basil extract, lobelia and
Colloidal Silver into a nebulizer and inhale it directly into the lungs. Since getting off
Antibiotics using holy basil instead I get respiratory problems maybe 80% less often than before, yet get over it just as quickly.
I also find Holy Basil helps knock down my stress levels and helps me sleep. Contrary to the person that says you shouldn't use it regularly, I always regret not using it regularly enough. I have no doubt it will extend your health and life span the more you use it.
It's miraculous stuff which is probably why it's actually worshiped in India - it deserves to be.
I'm out of it now, but even use holy basil essential oil as a cologne because I love the smell and how it calms me. If I had adrenal fatigue, I'm sure it's the first thing I'd reach for.
