Which ICU protocol?

So i think i got most of my worms out with parastroy four months ago. I saw pinworms on two separate days and maybe a couple of roundworms.

Just finished humaworm xs and saw no parasites but i did a probiotic enema and got something out which looks like a parasite so i want to do this protocol just incase.

For someone with a minor infection should i do the invermectin + albenza or will albenza be enough?
