The best way is to get a positive blood test or stool sample to identify a specific
parasite species, but we all know how difficult that can be and the poor reliability of tests! Only you can tell based on researching symptoms, travel history, and how you react to drugs. Try Albendazole and see how it makes you feel.
Albendazole + Praziquantel probably covers the widest spectrum of the most common infections.
Ivermectin and Albendazole mostly overlap on what they are effective for. Ivermectin is only really needed for nasty Strongyloides cases and Filariasis (but does not completely cure Filariasis), so read up on the symptoms of these and you can always add that later.
