Try doing a juice fast, it's helped someone I know get very restful and deep sleep.
I run at least a mile daily, it's helps with sleep - sometimes I feel like I need less sleep than usual.
Avoid any stimulants if possible.
If anything, bena-dryl helps too.
Melatonin supplementation is a temporary fix, BTW. I've tried it as well in the past. It does help, nonetheless, but ultimately it is lifestyle habits.
