Thanks for the reply. I have tried a few of those. I take ~ 9000 IU/day of D3. I'm taking 300mg magnesium citrate/day. I used to take more. The only thing I found that worked for constipation. I saw one article that suggested arginine in the morning (2-10g) and ornithine near bedtime (1-3g) to improve sleep. He recommends this for ammonia from microbes. I don't know why he uses both and didn't know if they would work separately. I couldn't find ornithine locally. The info on arginine I read said not to take it with asthma, so didn't know if I should try it.
