Really unsure on this

Is it wise to go on a Herbal parasite cleanse if you can feel the parasites in your head/sinuses? The top of my head hurts in spots. I've been considering Parastroy. I may have made my body that inhospitable and unpleasant for them that I can't get them to come out of this area. I think that I have multiple parasites as well and therefore a bit reluctant to try meds. Although now that I can feel them in my head, I'm becoming pretty desperate so am in need of a fast solution.
