be aware that in case of filariasis infection (wuchereria bancrofti/brugia, loa loa, o.volvlus, dirofilarias) herbs do not help much, but ivermectin can help you to at least remove the microfilaria, but you need to follow up with ivermectin every 6 months, if you miss the "hatching" timing, you'll end up with millions of adults and they live around the body (lymphatic system, tissues, organs etc.) so it's extremely hard to eliminate them

can be done, but you need to try different things and learn what works for you and then just follow your own protocol (things you learned work for you) until you feel better - not easy but can be done
