Abdominal liposuction vs extraperitoneal lipoma

Abdominal liposuction liberates fatty cells in the abdomen and may result in extraperitoneal lipoma if some adipose tissue travels into extraperitoneal space.

Because fat cells multiply quickly and possess the same multipotential properties as stem cells do, they may create a big tumor covered by a capsule as a body tries to protects itself against this fatty invasion.

Your previous posts indicate that you had an abdominal liposuction 5 years ago.

Love,
Anne
