Re: Day 3
When losing a lot of body fat, it can make things like your muscles look like they shrank when they really didn't. The body fat in and around your muscles shrank and that makes it look like your muscles shrank. Start gaining body fat back and it makes it look like your muscles grow too.
Have you been tracking how many calories you're averaging on 80-10-10 with something like
http://cronometer.com
? What have you been averaging?
I would focus more on eating plenty to get all nutrients instead of taking a bunch of supps. Here's a somewhat provocative quote by Dr. Graham that's probably more true than not:
"Foods don't heal, but they certainly can harm. Putting people on juices and vegetables we often see them heal from health concerns. This is because they are no longer eating the foods that were harming them. It's that simple."

Obviously none of us not in your situation can know how you feel, but the extra emotional and physical stress your putting yourself through from trying to shrink your tumor isn't good. Maybe take a little time to build yourself backup to get your physical and emotional strength back in order to better be able to tackle your problem.
Dr. Alex Loyd of the "Healing Codes" has an interesting take on tumors. He thinks that their is an emotional root cause and then a bad diet fuels it, but a good diet may not be enough to heal it until the underlying emotional cause is released. You can find where he talks about this in one of his interviews on youtube. His Healing Codes system is fully refundable and has lots of praise, so may be worth a look.
