What is it that you want?? If it is about trying a different diet, the 80/10/10 diet, the mono diet then why don't you just say that.

Talk about your personal experience about it and how it helped you and then let people choose for themselves. Just say go visit Dr. Graham's forum and blog and see how people are adjusting to it and how healthy they are.

I'm not sure exactly what it is that you want, because if you wanted to try to promote a diet. You could easily do that, but that isn't what you are doing.
