so how would You diagnose the fact that a 12 inch long black (stained) roundworm just came out of your ass?

How would You diagnose the fact that after taking anti parasitic herbs the toilet is full of liver flukes?

And You also cannot know how it is when a know-it-all like You questions those experiences,
