Wormwood, Clove, Clarkia, Turmeric, Epsom Salt, Uva Ursi, Goldenrod

Some good smooth ones are:

Krema
365 (from whole foods)
Mara natha has some that are scd legal.

Check vitacost.com if your grocery store doesnt have them
Also, some people do better to avoid peanut butter for a while and add it in when your digestion has improved somewhat.
