What peanut butter to use

Hello, my name is Kacie and I was wondering what peanut butter to use. Every peanut butter I see the ingredients say it has "roasted peanuts" and the Legal/Illegal list says under peanuts that roasted nuts have a starch coating. Are dry roasted peanuts ok for peanut butter?
