Re: Message for Natway... candida high fruit diet..

I want everyone to be healthy too, that's why I spend a lot of time on here trying to help people out. I only started giving advice in the sections that I don't have that condition after I healed my worst condition within a week after years of being led down the wrong path to healing. I might have also been misdiagnosed, depending what the true cause of what I thought I had is. Regardless, it made me start noticing more of the people on here that's on the same boat I was, a boat going no where even after years of trying everything under the sun. Maybe they have been misdiagnosed or just been sent down the wrong path like with me.

When I started eating plant-based after my successful veggie juice fast, I started learning there's a lot of different ways people eat on a plant-based diet. I started eating medium-carb/medium-fat without really knowing I was or what I was doing. I only knew my old diet heavy in animal products had caused my problems and I wanted to stay away from that. I didn't even know at the time high-fat could have been a big part of my problems too.

I started seeing Anthony's posts and they obviously made sense because I basically could attest to them after ditching the low-carb diet and he had posted some links of Dr. Graham and others talking about how high-fat in the presence of high-carb is the true cause of things like candida and Type II diabetes by excess fat blocking glucose absorption, causing an excess of glucose to remain in the blood and that was such a fascinating concept, so I began paying more attention to Anthony's posts and his battles of trying to convince others in the Candida section who had been struggling so long with trying the accepted alternative candida methods like the low-carb/high-fat candida diets and all the anti-candida oils and all the herbal protocals.

After researching the high-fat theory more, I learned about the high-carb/low-fat diets like 80-10-10 and I became convinced that was probably the way to go for candida sufferers, at the very least for some. If people complain there's no one size fits all diet style, then maybe there's not a one size fits all way of treating candida problems. I've only been offering a possible alternative route for people like me who have been struggling for years, trying everything under the sun, with no luck.

The advice given to me to try for my different condition seemed 180 degrees from what the accepted alternative protocols were for whatever I had, but I took the plunge and it worked like magic. I only tried it because I tried everything else and didn't have anything to lose at that point. Glad I took the plunge.

I'd like to help you get through what you are struggling with and will do that on the other threads as you asked.
