Yeah.. I have them around my head and what I get sometimes is clicking and gurgling...

But the BIG giant ones in my colon were the ones which seemed to give me terrible fatigue and ringing in the ears!

CoQ10 I usually get on EBAY... I can't recommend any particular brand. I've done a few mega doses with different brands.
