I was put on cortisol replacement to support life.
It did not make my stress levels better. It really just kept me alive.
What gave me some eneergy was keeping my sodium up plus less stressed and less weakness. I would suggest trying some good Sea Salt on all veggies and proteins eaten. The best salt that worked for me is the Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt . Very high in minerals.
I am still not off the hydrocortisone(cortef) I may never be off of it all together. TIme will tell.
