Yes. You can't rely on nutrition to heal you.

However, I want to clear up about the doctor saying that certain foods are harming you..

It's not that these "harmful" foods are causing the symptoms we feel. Because we are ill, our systems (digestive, immune, etc) are not functioning properly. So when we eat certain foods, there is intolerance, allergies, but more importantly energy requirements.

This energy reallocation causes symptoms to come to the surface that are already present. It's a matter of REPRESSION. Basically, these foods are stressors. This same concept applies to bacterial infections (candida, Lyme, etc) as well.

I've been saying this for a long time now haven't I Natway?
