If somebody is accused of selling snake oil, all you have to do is analyze the syrup, and find out what is in it.

Who is going to buy a second bottle if the first one didn't help them? Nobody. Even a snake oil salesman isn't stupid enough to put a gun to people's heads and tell them they have to buy more. People only buy more if the first bottle helped them. AND, I use to manage a vitamin store. Every single hub I bought from stood buy their products and replaced them if a customer asked for a refund. And hardly anyone ever did because the products are effective.

Yet they set it up so that companies with effective products have to prove they are innocent of selling snake oil before they can do business?!?!? Horse manure. Somebody ought to give them a horse manure enema. The current policy is a genuine infringement of the government upon freedom. It is a violation of civil liberty. And instead of saying "Whoa!!! No Way!" Everybody just nodded like a dashboard doggy and agreed it had to be that way. So they got away with the atrocity for 100 years. When is the American public going to eat enough spinach to strengthen it's spine?
