If you want to get rid of all your sons parasite and yours too get yourself some diatomaceous earth. Use food grade only. You can order it online and it is very cheap compared to other fixes that don't often work.

I make a fruit smoothie in a blender and then add a couple tablespoons of DE.
In a few days you will notice the worms in the stool when you poop. I would continue this for at least 45 days to make sure the cycle of worm rebirth has been wiped out.
