Parasites in 3yr. old son

Hello all. I am a desperate mother trying to understand what to do for my son. I noticed he has parasites in his stool October 2012 and I know they were parasites because I am struggling with them also. I have him taking Sweet Wormwood drops in his juice once a day but I don't think that is enough. When he pass gas it smells horribly and I know that really foul smelling gas is a sign. He complains of his bottom hurting and itching, he doesn't have frequent bowel movements and he has stomach pains. I took him to his doctor in January and she had him to do a stool sample. She got the results and they read that he has no parasitic trace at all. Now me being a parent, I know what I see, but I tried to ride with the dr.s opinion and let it go, but I can't. I don't want my son to suffer with this and I feel bad because I know I am the one who passed them along. I called the dr.s office last week to see if he could have blood work done to see if he has parasites but she gave the response of, "there was nothing in the bowels so he doesn't need blood work done" I got very upset at that but I think I am going to have her to test his stool again. What should I do about this whole situation? I didn't know where else to turn to for help because the doctors tend to act like they never heard of parasites before. I Google everything and that is how I found this site. I had my stool checked around the same time my son had his checked and my doctor got the same results "no trace" but I am going to call them to have another test done. I am eating things to help kill them off because I can't buy the medicines and my son refuses the healthy stuff everytime. I was taking Wormwood capsules that consisted of (Black Walnut Leaf, Wormwood herb, Quassia bark, Clove bud, Male Fern Root) but I can't buy it anymore. I drink a cup a day of detox tea by traditional medicinal. Please help me, I just want us to be cleansed from these things because I don't want major problems to come from this.
