I'm 29, weight is 185 hight is 72 1/2 inches. I eat fruits, sometimes some organic chicken broth soup with added iodized sea salt, lemon, and cayenne pepper. I also eat ezekiel bread with organic jelly and organic peanut butter. Sometimes I eat organic tortilla chips with sea salt and added lemon...but this is once in a while. I exercise about 5 times a week. My exercise consists of 3 days running for 20 minuts, and the other 2 days are mostly pushups, situps, rebounder and leglifts.....with occasional weight lifting, but no so much anymore. Thats about it, and my body is always thirsty. Keep in mind that I have dropped about 30 lbs since I did all of my cleanses the entire month of Febuary and have been eating healthy ever since. I have done 1 liver flush where I got out about 1000 stones...no, i'm not lying. Before that I did a parasite cleanse and the 10 day lemon/cayenne/grade B maple syrup cleanse. I have also done colon cleanses with good results.
