My derm mentioned to me that the pulse dye laser was the appropriate treatment for forcyde spots, not the peels i was doing when i first presented this problem to him... it will easily eradicate them but they'll probably come back over time... if you use the cream afterwards they may not though... $5000 sounds crazy expensive for a localized pdl treatment... my mother got full face CO2 surgery for a fraction of that cost... i would consider finding a much cheaper rate if you can't get insurance to cover it.
