Well usually one needs to go outside the program to further boost their digestive track if they are having issues like that - (and I do.)
By balancing minerals you boost the immune system giving it better strength to fight off bacterial and fungal stomach issues. This did put a dent in it for me.
Also, Gb3 is supposedly a good digestive aid and can kill some pathogens.
Ultimately something like humaworm, caprylic acid, probiotics etc. will be needed in addition to NB. However, the idea is have your body strong enough to deal with the detox and strong enough to keep the pathogens out of your system once you kill them off.
