Hi hawks. I worked with Dr Lam for 2 years and am now on NB.
Dr Lam did help and got me to a certain point. But I was stuck and not moving. But he did bring me from the brink of complete exhaustion.
With Dr Lam I was paying $90 for a 6-minute call. He doesn't use any labs and adjusts supplements based on what you tell him during those 6 minutes.
Sherpa did amazing self-navigating on his own. . Oddly Dr Lam tries to scare the crap out of people so they do not try to self navigate. I am completely impressed with how well Sherpa did on his own.
Klaus worked with Dr Lam for a while and seemed to help him. Other than that, you won’t find many Dr Lam helped me stories here.
However, if you read through this forum, you will find more people that tried and only got a little better or tried and got worse.
Indianagirl got worse, Healthy Artist got worse. hope4myadrenals got worse.
Dr Lam is completely missing the mineral aspect of it all. Dr Lam used to have a forum on here. I remember someone asked him about zinc and he stated it was not a big factor......Holy crap, does he ever not understand copper toxicity.
Actually...here is his response.

“Zinc is not a key nutrient for most Adrenal Fatigue”
It is if you want to correct copper toxicity.
After 2-years of working with Dr Lam (2010-2011). Here is one of my hair analysis from the fall of 2012.

I am currently working on copper detox, which is why it is so high. It was lower, but is now coming out of storage. So I was completely loaded with copper from years of stress. Lams program doesn’t address this
In mid 2011, I knew something was up. I started taking magnesium oil and many of my symptoms started to improve. Magnesium deficiency is huge for adrenal fatigue. Yet he never suggested magnesium for me.
First let’s talk value. The first test with my NB practitioner is $200. That include the test, a 1 hour consult and email support about once per week until the next test. (about 3 months). Retest is $150, and includes another 1-hr consult and email support again.
Then there is success rate. Indianagirl was house bound and made worse by Dr Lam. After about a year on NB, she had the energy to travel to for vacation, and has been putting some of her paintings on display.
I guess what makes me the most bitter about Dr Lam is his business practices.
I see he has finally stopped lying about the supplements. His name is now on the products he promotes.

He used to say he didn’t sell supplements, but would only recommend products from the Supplement Clinic. I knew he was lying....so it made me a little suspicious about his recommendation. Is he recommending glutathione at $70 a bottle because I need it, or because it will help the bottom line.

By the way....Nutritional Balancing uses coffee enemas to stimulate glutathione, which is much cheaper.

A much cheaper way to detoxify
