You know a lot of my thoughts dude..

The irony now is Dr Lams approach put me in this further in this hell, but is probably the only programme to stabalise me a little quicker. As ive said, those who say they are in 3C/3D but still working and doing activities (like I was last year and claiming it) arent, only when you hit this level do you realise what it really is!

the NB protocol has severe weakness'es...his diet protocols dont make sense at all when added up on a cronometre - ive been on the SOD diet now for two months and ive lost over a stone and am starting to look like skeletor. Since starting this my thyroid function is obviously becoming problematic as i now ahave NO energy and my feet are freezing all day, I now crash at even going for a walk, 3 months ago I was still working. I have to wear 3 layers of thermals to go outside (its not that cold at 5 degrees) and three pairs of socks. I weat thermals and fleeces in bed and with a heated blanket. I look like the Michelin Man!

Roy Masters meditation technique, is actually an Autogenic Training method, which was derived from Budhism. Autogenics however build up using this as the first point. Im struggling with the training as im crashing twice a day at the moment, but I think if your still functioning and locked in fight or flight, it would be a really great help.

However, doing the hair test, and following an NB protocol is in essence very good in my opinion, in its logic. Its a basic nutrient build up and detox and I have no doubt it would beneficial to almost everyone - it goes to show with the amount of success stories on here. A problem I have with the hair test is that they ask for your problems for the test, the same with my last hair test, according to Wilsons website you can tell all the problems alone from the hair test, so why ask if you have candida? as 1, you may not know, and 2, if you dont know, could he actually tell from a hair test? I dont have the answers, just questions. But im a bit jaded after spending everything I have/had with practioners in the past.

Another option, would be to use the hair test, and get a full spectrums 24 hour hormone test, and look into metabolic profiling. I pointed a few non regulars on here to this guy in England, and I occasionally get an email to say thankyou and how well they are doing. I dont know how bad into AF they were, they just wanted an ASI test and he is one of the few that do a good one in England, and he also does Nuerotransmitter testing. I wish I could afford to go with him to be honest.

Sherpa, forgive me if im wrong, but amazingly in a way you created your own NB protocol which was completely tailored to you, by you? Such dertimation and strength - the NB consultations will work for you if you dont have the energy, abilitly to dertimination to define your own? I for one am in that bracket as im to exhausted mentally, spiritually and financially to even start at the moment.

I know you want a quicker fix than the NB, we have all been there..god I still want it now, but at least NB is honest in its time scale, Dr Lam reckoned id be back on my feet in six months and running a marathon again in a year. Six months down the line I was broken.

Good luck with your choice dude, I know its difficult, and tough, and I hope you have peoplea around that can support. All I can say, is be honest with them now, dont pretend like I did for so long. Because pretending you become isolated and secluded in your own pain, and start to lose your friends, being honest now, they will support you straight away.
