Speaking of submitting specimins...
I submitted a piece of poo covered in worms.. and it came back negative....
The doctor informed me that noone looks at the specimin.. its a machine that mashes up the poo and looks for ova. IF there is no ova.. the test comes back negative.
Ridiculous huh?
Most stools of infected people will not contain ova... they'll contain worm fragments! God our system is so flawed!!
