No, no other salt helped me sleep nor did it help me to hold onto my sodium like the Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt . I think this salt HBJSS is so loaded with minerials. Infact my hubby or daughter could not use this slat gave them the runs. There body was not in the need for more minerial. My son was fine on it.
