I don't see any internal structures and altho it is rubbery, as some parasites are, it does not seem to be a parasite. On the left side it looks like it broke off from something so may be a spore or other food particle.

If you want to do advanced parasite testing there are several labs that do parasite dna analysis and some that do saliva tests. One of them is Metametrix Labs and the saliva tests are done by Diagnostech labs, I think. Tweet
