Fluid-Filled Sac found in Stool...What is it?

I have been experiencing a lot of health problems lately after traveling abroad for several years and I found this (see image below/ click to make smaller) in my stool recently. Smaller than a pea, yellow/gold, fluid-filled, and rubbery. I have had stomach cramps and lower right abdominal pain for a while. I do not eat gluten or dairy. I do have a current Blastocystis infection and I have been very ill. I seem to pass undigested food quite frequently.
